Tychon is hiring Full – time Business Development Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Market Research
• Experience in using Salesforce CRM to manage leads
• Manage and update business development KPIs
• Schedule meetings with potential customers through lead generation activities
• Persistently follow up with potential clients in a clear and timely manner
• Create and maintain database for future references and use
• Stay abreast of market developments, understand competitor trends. Analyze and use the
same for targeting potential prospects
• Be active on Social media by connecting with potential customers
• Responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new leads through Job portals,
LinkedIn, Indeed and similar websites
• Able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources, market watch,
discovery and individual research
• Identify relevant roles and designations for leads
• Communication is a key aspect, you will guide and explain coherently to clients, who may
not be familiar with the digital medium
• Knowledge of IT industry along with Content Marketing, E –commerce and Digital
marketing activities
• Working closely with USA, Canada and UK market
