About the Role
We are looking for a Blue Yonder WMS Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Management Systems and supply chain solutions. The candidate will be responsible for understanding business requirements, configuring and customizing Blue Yonder WMS solutions, supporting integrations, and working closely with technical and functional teams to deliver effective warehouse management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand business and warehouse operations requirements and translate them into Blue Yonder WMS solutions.
• Configure and customize Blue Yonder WMS based on functional requirements.
• Analyze business requirements and prepare functional/technical specifications.
• Develop or support customizations based on project requirements.
• Work on interfaces and integrations between Blue Yonder WMS and external systems such as ERP, OMS, TMS, etc.
• Understand and troubleshoot integration/API-related issues.
• Participate in SIT, UAT and production support activities.
• Perform issue analysis, root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Coordinate with business users, developers, QA teams and project managers.
• Support deployment, testing and post-production activities.
• Participate in client discussions and requirement clarification.
Required Skills
• 3–5 years of experience in Blue Yonder WMS / WMS implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management processes.
• Hands-on experience in Blue Yonder WMS configuration/customization.
• Good understanding of WMS architecture and workflows.
• Experience with integrations/interfaces.
• Knowledge of APIs, XML/JSON and database concepts.
• Good SQL knowledge.
• Experience in troubleshooting and production support.
• Understanding of SDLC, testing and deployment processes.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
