Highjump (Korber)

Implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and customization of new/existing Highjump (Korber) WMS system.

Production Deployments: Deployed new releases to production and test environments.

EDI Interface: Worked on third party EDI middleware interfaces such as GXS, Oracle ESB and host systems such as HOMES, AS400, Oracle (OMS). Experience in different TP codes for different EDI files.

Highjump Tools: Architect, Page Editor, Highjump Pulse, Console Applications, Visual Debugger, Bartender.

Database: SQL Server.

Analytics and Reporting: Implemented reporting using SSIS, Crystal Reports and Highjump Pulse.

Automation: Implementation of bots for Picking and Putaway process in a DC as a pilot project. Worked with Locus Robotics, and Korber team for pilot implementation.

AFO and AFA Customization: Customization of AFO and AFA modules for better outbound planning.

LTL shipment class project: Determined the correct LTL class for shipments for the purpose of freight charges calculation.

Performance Optimization: Optimization of SQL queries that were hampering performance of the Highjump (Korber) system.

Apps: Email notification, Generic import, Bulk update and Appointment Scheduling.

Automation of wave release process based on profile selection.

Hyper care support after new client onboarding.

Handled L1, L2 and L3 activities for clients having multiple DC’s.

Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for critical and recurring issues.
